Somewhere in a car graveyard, the Van Zanten family wakes up in a wrecked car. Upon learning they’ve been killed in a car crash, the estranged family members take the opportunity to come clean with one another.


Sorry was conceived, directed and finished in just 48 hours as part of the 48 Hour Film Project. It won the national competition, and went on to the international competition where it won Best Acting Ensemble and was the second runner up for the big prize.
It has since won several awards including the UPC Fiction Award at the Netherlands Film Festival.
